Terms and conditions created by the generator of the German lawyer hotline AG
contracting party
On the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) comes between the customer and KimbaMocca,
represented by Pascale Wilde, address: Galgenfeld 57, 61389 Schmitten, hereafter referred to as provider, the contract is concluded.
Contract
Through this contract, the sale of new goods in the area / the areas of dog articles on the online shop of the provider is regulated. Due to the details of the respective offer, reference is made to the product description of the offer page.
conclusion
The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic commerce via the shop system. The presented offers represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer by the customer order, which the provider can then accept. The order process for concluding the contract includes the following steps in the shop system:
Selection of the offer in the desired specification (size, number)
Insert the offer in the shopping cart
Review and processing of the order and all entries
Press the button "Checkout"
Forwarding to Paypal or offline payment
Confirmation email that order has been received
By sending the order confirmation the contract is concluded.
Prices, shipping costs, return costs
Since we fall under the small business rules, all prices are final prices and included. § 19 para. 1 UStG no sales tax (value added tax).
The following shipping costs apply once per order:
Germany: DHL from EUR 6,45
EU from EUR 8,50 and UK from EUR 8,95
If a right of revocation exists and is exercised, the customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.
terms of payment
The customer has only the following options for payment: Payment service PayPal or offline payment (bank transfer). Further payment methods are not offered. The invoice amount is to be transferred in advance to the account specified there after receipt of the invoice, which contains all information for the transfer and is sent by e-mail.
The customer is obliged to pay or transfer the amount shown on the account indicated on the invoice within 3 days of receipt of the invoice. Payment is due without deductions from the date of invoice.
delivery terms
Shipping is on average at the latest after 3-5 days. The entrepreneur undertakes to deliver on the 7th day after receipt of the order (in Germany). The regular delivery time is 7 days unless otherwise stated in the item description. The customer will be informed about delays immediately. Exceptions are possible during the holiday season, but this is clearly indicated on the website.

The customer has no possibility to directly access the stored contract text himself. The customer can correct errors in the input during the ordering process. For this he can proceed as follows: By email via contact form.
The collars and leashes are made to order, therefore a return is not possible.
